Three ways to wire AI into your business.
Every engagement starts with understanding how your team actually works. We publish our prices because we said we would — final scope is confirmed together on a free call.
Context Audit
We map how your team actually works and organize everything into a knowledge base your virtual employee can reference. Then we rank the top 3–5 things it should handle first.
What's included
- Stakeholder interviews & knowledge mapping
- Business knowledge structuring (processes, pricing, policies)
- Automation opportunity scoring ranked by impact
- Implementation roadmap you can share with your team
What you walk away with
A structured knowledge base and prioritized roadmap, whether you build with us or not. This is yours to keep.
Fixed price for most 12–50 person teams. Larger orgs or multi-department audits are scoped on the call.
See what the work looks like →Build Your Agent
We build your virtual employee. Trained on how your business actually works, connected to your tools, ready for your team. Not a prototype. A teammate that knows your business on day one.
What's included
- Custom agent design built around how your business works
- Integration with your existing stack (CRM, email, sheets, etc.)
- Team training & handoff documentation
- 2 weeks of post-launch support included
Where you land in the range
One workflow with a simple integration sits near $5K. Multiple workflows, deeper integrations (CRM write-back, multi-system reporting), or heavier context work move it toward $15K. You'll have a fixed number before we build anything — no hourly billing, no surprises.
Agent Retainer
Your virtual employee gets smarter over time. We update what it knows as your business evolves, expand what it can handle, and make sure nothing breaks when your tools change.
What's included
- Monthly knowledge updates & performance tuning
- New capability development
- Priority support for your team
- Quarterly strategy check-in
No long-term contracts
If the agent isn't earning its keep, you stop. Simple.
Can I start with just the audit?
Yes, and most clients should. The audit is a standalone deliverable: your business knowledge structured into a knowledge base, plus a ranked roadmap. It's yours whether you build with us, build with someone else, or build nothing.
What if I already know what I want to automate?
Then the audit gets shorter and cheaper, or we fold it into the build. We'll still verify the workflow against how your team actually operates — the gap between “how we think it works” and “how it works” is where most automation projects die.
When do I start seeing the time back?
The build takes 2–4 weeks, and the agent works inside tools your team already uses, so there's no adoption ramp. Most teams feel the difference in the first week after handoff.
What tools do you integrate with?
Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, QuickBooks, Calendly, Zoom — and most anything with an API. If your stack is unusual, we'll confirm feasibility on the discovery call before you spend a dollar.
What if it doesn't work?
Two safeguards. During the build: you approve the agent against real examples from your business before handoff. After launch: the retainer is month-to-month — if the agent isn't earning its keep, you cancel. We also tell people on the free call when AI isn't the right answer; some workflows should stay human, and some just need a checklist.
Why do you publish prices when most agencies don’t?
Because “book a call to find out” is a filter that wastes your time and ours. If the numbers above don't fit your budget, you just saved yourself a meeting. If they do, the call is about your business instead of a pricing dance.
